Couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and transaction with Borkholder. I know the Ravin R500 is crazy expensive but this crossbow is awesome. The package options that Borkholder offer I think are outstanding. I paid extra to have them sight it in and tune the bow, and purchased the SKB hard case (a $300+ case) for like an extra 70 bucks.
The case is as incredible as the bow is. If your not scared off by the price and want the most up to date technology
I would highly recommend this package, and would definitely purchase from Borkholder again.

I purchased the ravin R500. Nolan was outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. The package they offer is unbeatable. I paid the extra to have my Burris scope sighted in prior to receiving my package. Unfortunately I have not had time to shoot it yet but working with Nolan was a pleasant process. I will be purchasing for Borkholder’s in the future.

Why Equalizing the Weight of Non-Lighted Arrows is Important

When choosing Firenock lighted nocks you have an option use the weight match nock system.

There is roughly a 23 grain difference when adding Firenock lighted nocks. It can result in lower impacted points at distances of 30 yards and beyond, and also change your front of center percentages.

There is a simulated weight that attaches to your nock just the same as the lighted nock that will make all of the nocks weigh the same. This will ensure your arrows all fly the same.
