Optimized for speed, comfort and shootability in one of Hoyt’s most compact bows to date.

When it came to designing a premier bow for women bowhunters, Hoyt started with a clean slate. After a whole lot of listening, they took a lengthy wish list and checked box after box until they had engineered an entire system, optimized for speed, comfort and shootability in one of Hoyt’s most compact bows to date.

HOYT SENT THE EXTRA WEIGHT PACKING
There’s a common practice out there where bows are advertised with a weight that doesn’t include sound dampers or other components, a practice Hoyt chooses not to share. The weight of the Eclipse is impressive on its own merit – just 3.7 lbs. out of the box, making it one of the lightest premier bows Hoyt has ever built.

LIGHTWEIGHT, DEAD-QUIET AND DRESSED TO KILL
At 3.7 lbs. and 29″ axle-to-axle, Eclipse sets a new standard in women’s bows. You get all the forgiveness and stability of a longer riser without the extra weight. But don’t think for a second this beauty didn’t power through Hoyt’s brutal 1,500 dry-fire test. Eclipse also features silencing technology including Limb Shox, StealthShot and the innovative Shock Pods to bring this powerhouse to a whisper. Of course, like all Hoyt premier bows, Eclipse is available in your favorite camo or solid finish.

LOVE AT FIRST GRIP
Hoyt started with the grip, the first point of contact with any bow and made its profile slimmer and more ergonomic. By pairing it with the premier X-Act Grip, Eclipse holds comfortable and steady for consistency shot after shot.

MAXIMIZED SPEED AND ENERGY FOR YOUR DRAW LENGTH
Eclipse is available in draw lengths from 23.5 to 28 inches and comes in two cam sizes with interchangeable modules – guaranteeing maximized speed and energy for your exact draw length. At 60 pounds and 28 inches, the Eclipse is rated at 314 feet per second, making it one of the fastest bows for shorter draw lengths in the industry.

EVEN MORE COMPACT WITH INTEGRATED ACCESSORIES
Eclipse is all about lean and agile. The riser is designed to incorporate the new Hoyt QAD Integrate MX Rest as well as an SL Sidebar Stabilizer Mount, so you can streamline your perfect accessory package.

  • Eclipse cam has an extremely smooth draw cycle and is optimized for shorter draw length performance

Measure Arrow Length - Carbon to Carbon

Why Equalizing the Weight of Non-Lighted Arrows is Important

When choosing Firenock lighted nocks you have an option use the weight match nock system.

There is roughly a 23 grain difference when adding Firenock lighted nocks. It can result in lower impacted points at distances of 30 yards and beyond, and also change your front of center percentages.

There is a simulated weight that attaches to your nock just the same as the lighted nock that will make all of the nocks weigh the same. This will ensure your arrows all fly the same.
