Below you will find Borkholder Archery’s Return policy. Please remember that we are a small business and must take steps to remain a viable option for your future archery needs. Returned products will likely need to be discounted to sell them. Due to this, Borkholder Archery must be diligent in upholding our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or shipping, whichever is later.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns require an RMA number. The RMA number can be attained by emailing returns@borkholderarchery.com. Please write the return number on the outside of the box.
Customer is responsible for shipping or dropping off all items in like new condition.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any return initiated within 15 days of purchase or shipping and is in the original unopened packaging is eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs and credit card fees) and no restocking fee.
Returns (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of the status of the return and refund.
Once the return is inspected your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If your purchase was made over the phone, you will be contacted for information to complete the crediting process.

Not eligible for refunds.
Clothing & Boots
All clothing items and boots can be exchanged for correct size, but buyer must pay shipping. If an item is to be returned there will be a 15% restocking fee and buyer must pay return shipping.
Free Add-Ons/Upgraded Products (If Applicable)
Free add ons/upgraded products are only eligible for refund if products have not been used or are in the original unopened packaging. If opened or used, you will not receive a refund. The retail price of any used free add on/upgraded product will be deducted from the refund.
Custom Bolts
We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our bolts. If you have any issues with inconsistency, we will issue a replacement. If for any reason you choose to return your bolts, you will be refunded the full amount if the bolts are untampered. There will be a 50% restocking fee if there is any alteration made to the bolts (markings on vanes, weight alterations, etc.).
Cancellation of Pre-Orders
Cancellation of pre-orders are subject to a 4% fee to cover payment processing fees.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
