Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and are committed to providing a positive customer experience. If you need to return all or part of your purchase, please review Borkholder Archery's Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date or shipment date, whichever is later.

To Qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, email returns@borkholderarchery.com. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. Returned items must be received in new condition. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. 

A return initiated within 15 days of the purchase date or shipment date, whichever is later, may qualify for a full refund without a restocking fee if the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Original shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by call or email whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If the purchase is made by phone, we may contact you to obtain any additional information necessary to complete the refund

Not eligible for refunds.

Clothing & Boots

Clothing items and boots may be exchanged for the correct size; however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returned clothing or boots are subject to a restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping

Custom Bolts

We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our bolts. If you experience any inconsistencies, please contact us - we're happy to help. However, if the bolts have been altered in any way, including but not limited to vane markings, weight changes, or similar modifications, a restocking fee may apply if you choose to return the product.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Cancellation of pre-orders are subject to a 4% fee to cover payment processing fees.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
